There have been some recent e-Mails sent to students that appear to be illegitimate and/or fraudulent. In those e-Mails, students were contacted and asked to conduct business on behalf of the potential new tenant. Please do not engage in any dealings with persons asking you specifically to return money to them after you receive payment from them in the form of a money order/check. If you have any questions regarding the Vacancy listings or the legitimacy of someone’s request, please call the Off-Campus Housing Office at Bloomsburg University at (570) 389-4734.
